Bird Feeder Creation

As the summer season arrives, birds and insects are actively seeking food and water to sustain themselves in the heat. Recognizing the importance of supporting our feathered friends during this time, our Cool Caterpillars of classes 1 and 2 created bird feeders. They have been asked to keep these handmade feeders on the roofs of their homes, filled with nourishing food and water to for the birds. By engaging in this activity, students not only learn about the needs of wildlife but also develop a sense of empathy and responsibility towards the environment. This initiative not only benefits the local bird population but also fosters a deeper connection with nature among the young learners.
